Both calendars are in on-page mode.
Input/output control is undefined in first calendar - so it is generated automatically.
In the second calendar the name is defined directly.
In first calendar TodayDate is not defined, current date is used.
In second calendar TodayDate is set to 01/01/2006.
In first calendar ChiefDate is defined via 3 day offset from current date.
In second calendar ChiefDate is not defined and assumed to be currenet date.
In first calendar MinDate is defined via 45 day offset from currenet date.
In second calendar MaxDate is set to 11/25/2010.
On click on TODAY control the date is adjusted automatically.
