- For date input and displaying first calendar uses textbox control that already exists before calendar is created. There is no need to generate service textbox automatically.
- Second calendar uses external textbox control and link as show/hide control (Note: both controls exist before calendar is created).
- Third calendar uses external textbox at the same time as input/output and show/hide control.
- This demo uses the NSSKIN theme.
